I was frustrated by a couple of things. first, my request for extra towels was ignored despite asking twice at the front desk. I never got them.

the location was excellent close to beach excursions and a short walk to town. the staff provided great service making my stay comfortable. i loved the breakfast buffet with many options including filipino and continental dishes. the rooftop bar provided scenic views and was a perfect place for sunset drinks.
the pool needed more frequent cleaning i noticed few available loungers by the pool.

the reception staff offered a welcome drink upon arrival a gesture i found thoughtful. restaurant staff were always friendly to the needs of all guests. their caring attitude greatly enhanced the overall hotel experience.

the hotel provides both island and inland tours assisting guests in planning activities. the pool has views and is a refreshing spot. the rooftop bar is a place i found appealing for enjoying sunset with drinks overlooking the ocean.

the room had ample space was very clean and included a garden and ocean view. the provided balcony was a tranquil spot to relax while overlooking the beautiful surroundings. this created a serene environment in my room.
